Successful organisations should note that the VFFF prefers not to accept framed certificates, plaques or other tokens of appreciation. White the VFFF values the spirit in which these acknowledgements are given, organisations are encouraged to express their apprecition in letter format.

Successful applicants will be advised in due course of the VFFF's requests for ongoing information to monitor and evaluate the progress of their projects.
