Step Two: Subsequent Submission
At the VFFF's discretion, organisations which have submitted a Preliminary Enquiry may be invited to provide a more detailed submission.
Invitations for submissions will be sent to applicant organisations via email, and will be accompanied by a standard Submission Form. All submisssions must adhere to this standard format, and are to be submitted by email.
Organisations must also send a copy of their latest annual report and audited financial statements, as well as a copy of their ATO Endorsement of TCC and/or DGR status, by post.
Subsequent to completion of their submission, organisations will be invited to meet with VFFF staff to discuss matters pertaining to their application, including evaluation.
After completion of their submission, organisations may be contacted by personnel of the VFFF on a number of occasions to seek clarification on the content of a submission. This may sometimes prolong assessment, and the VFFF is grateful for applicants' patience with this process.
The VFFF reserves the right to seek assistance from external experts in examining and assessing submissions across all themes.
Applicants invited to make submissions will be advised in writing of the decision on their submission, within a fortnight of the relevant quarterly Directors' Meeting.
